At Uberwald Environmental Ltd we pride ourselves on providing the right service on time every time. We are not competing against the large skip and bin companies and we do not do pressure sales. We will not tie you into an unnecessary long-term contract but will give you the service you need, when you need it. We are equally happy providing you with a one-off job or regular collections. The first thing we like to provide our customers is friendly advice. Often this just requires a phone call or email; however we also do site visits where customers prefer face to face interaction.

Whenever possible we try to use the correct vehicle for the job, often the collection vehicles we use are smaller than those associated with big waste management companies, there are a few very good reasons:

as experience has shown us these are more manoeuvrable, especially when some of our customers are located down narrow lanes or in areas where height, width and weight restrictions apply

many of our customers only produce small volumes of recycling, a larger vehicle would be wasteful

smaller vehicles are lighter and use less fuel.

If collecting bags the vehicles will come equipped with a hiab or with a tail-lift, and we will use a pallet truck or forklift truck for palletised waste to minimise the risks associated with manual handling.
